Good morning,
Well, it has been a ruff few weeks for all of us. Larry has had it bad since Feb. 14th.
We were on our way to church Valentines morning when Larry passed out on me. I pulled off the road and he passed out again. I stopped a car and they called 911 while I went to the other side and tried to help him.
The ambulance came and took him to the hospital. He was in for 5 days and they could not find out why he had passed out.
They did an Ultra Sound of his neck and the result is that the Cort. Arteries were 90% blocked on one side and 95 on the other. They sent him home only to make an appointment for a stress test that would have taken place today then make another appointment to have the surgery. I ask why they could not do the stress test while he was there in the hospital and they said they had no slot. I was really upset with them and so with prayers from my daughter and so many other friends that were holding us up before the Lord he was able to get into the Sanger Heart & Vasecular Clinic in Shelby.
When they looked at his reports from the hospital they sat up an appointment for this past Tuesday for the Stress test and then we were able to meet with the Vasceluar surgeon on Wednesday.
It seems as though Larry had a heart attack a while back which no one had ever told us he had one.
Anyway, he will have his surgery on one artery March 2nd. which is next Tuesday and then in 30 days he will have the other one taken care of.
He slept so good last night and is up on the computer this morning. Today is going to be a very good day for him.
He is talking with Bunny Rabbit now. "KRISTI"
I fixed Larry some Turkey Bacon, Egg Beaters and Lite Whole Wheat toast for breakfast this morning and he had no complaints. He should not eat a hillbillie breakfast anymore. :{ :{
Well I am stopping this for now.
I want to thank all of you who have been so faithful in praying for Larry during this time.
Please continue to pray for him and our family as he get's ready to go through his surgery next week.
Love to all,
Nanny
